A Swim Buddy keeps you visible to most boaters and watercraft, as well as to anyone monitoring your swim from nearby, and provides a floating rest spot if needed. Knowing that you will be seen allows you to relax more, concentrate more on your swimming, and increase your enjoyment of openwater water swimming. It also provides a waterproof pouch for safekeeping of your phone, keys, and other things with you while you're swimming.

Trail Bicycles is a community focused, full service bike shop in the Comox Valley and proud suppliers of top quality brands such as Trek, Norco, Pivot, Ibis and Electra. Supporting local racers for over 12 years, Trail Bicycles hosts weekly shop rides and coordinates their own youth mountain biking club as well as a thriving Cycling BC sanctioned youth race trade team.

Gillian Clayton Physiotherapy, located within Nourish Wellness in Comox, offers a hands-on approach to promote a return to fitness and well-being. Gillian has been practicing for 10+ years. She’s also a serious athlete; in 2012 she was crowned Ironman Canada’s Women’s Professional Champion.

Gillian has treated me for injuries and bouts of discomfort over the years, always with great success. She’s also an athlete who continues to perform at the highest levels, which I deeply respect.
